Does anyone know what the range is for each gear? (Miles per hour) I haven't ridden a motorcycle for about 15 years and just purchased a 95 Savage. It seems that first gear is about 0-10mph. When coming to a stop and gearing down, I am sometimes a little jerky when shifting from 2nd to first. I have also left the bike in 2nd gear, and took off from a stop with no problems. Can this damage the bike in any way?I've noticed to that in order to get the bike in first after stopping, it helps to roll the bike a little. (Thanks to whoever posted that information earlier)
I've also notice that it almost will never stall..unless I force it to do so. Thanks for the help.
